Health and sleep...

i must say i haven't been sleeping well lately.. don't know why.. dad says it cuz i don't exercise..
i'm really not good in any sports.. and i don't really like to sweat.. so i must say that i have not been exercising for quite some time.. what with me assignments and exams coming.. :(

plus my cholesterol level is quite high.. tink it runs in the family.. did my blood test not too long ago and my blood cholesterol level is not in the normal range.. and i seldom eat high cholesterol food.. haih.. depressing.. just found out from a forwarded email that juices wtih apples celery and cucumber can reduce cholesterol.. guess it means i should try it?? hehe..

tho sometimes i get into bed before 12 midnight.. i always end up tossing and turning.. till.. dunno what time.. :( how how?? sometimes just feel very frustrated.. how come some ppl can fall asleep not too long after their heads touch the pillow?? not fair.. :(

must take extra effort in taking care of my health d... wanted to swim these few days.. but keep raining only... so nice to sleep and sleep and sleep.... :) hehe..
